Creativity is increasingly important in maintaining a competitive edge in the global arena. It is important to both new innovative start-ups, as well as larger, intrapreneurial firms. This course examines creativity at the individual, team and organizational levels. Students will examine how to promote creative environments and how to select and retain creative talent throughout the organization.
